We are a 320 bed skilled nursing facility located on the South Service Road in Melville, NY. We have two 40 bed rehab units, 240 long term beds (40 beds designated for our alzheimers population.) We do provide physical, occupational, speech,pulmonary and cardio rehabilitation. Tours are given 7 days a week for your convenience.
